Area Sales Manager – About the Role We are looking for a result-oriented Area Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isready to take complete ownership of their territory. This is an individual contributor role with highvisibility and growth potential.Key Responsibilities-• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets• Expand dealer / medical equipment manufacturers / feelmax network• Develop business in the mattress industry• Manage and grow key accounts• Ensure strong market coverage & product availability• Track competitor activities and identify growth opportunities• Execute sales strategies and drive on-ground implementation• Leverage B2B sales expertise for business development• Maintain strong relationships within the assigned territory• Demonstrate excellent communication & negotiation skills• Be passionate, self-motivated, and result-oriented Requirements-• 4–8 years of field sales experience (Mattress / Healthcare / B2B business development)• Strong network in the assigned territory• Excellent negotiation & relationship management skills• Highly self-driven with strong ownership mindset
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
